Startup / Small Business
For early-stage or pilot teams looking for a cost-effective way to start with compliance and governance. Pricing is communicated privately after approval.
Standard / Professional
- Up to 30 active users with full access to all core modules: Actions, Registers, Document Control, Workflows, Analytics.
- User licences and add-ons share the same spend pool. If your combined spend exceeds the 9,000 euro annual threshold, billing automatically switches to usage-based pricing.
- Consultant accounts are free and do not count toward user limits.
Enterprise / Custom
For regulated, high-growth or large organisations requiring advanced SLAs, custom onboarding and dedicated infrastructure. Pricing is negotiated under a Master Services Agreement. All features from the Standard plan are included, plus additional support and services tailored to customer requirements.
Estimate your cost
Only active users are billable. Passive and profile-only users are always free. Add-ons from 3Be and third-party providers are billed separately.
Are you a consultant?
Consultant accounts are free. Join the Wizard ecosystem to deliver scalable GRC services, access new clients through the Wizard Store, and use a shared platform to manage engagements.
