3Be conducts due diligence on all sub-processors to ensure they meet appropriate standards for data protection and security. Customers are notified in advance of any changes to this list in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, 3Be ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where required.
